Our Hassle-Free Returns Process

We want you to love your water sports gear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our returns process works:

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

• Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
• Body:
  • Whether you want a return or exchange
  • Product name(s) and quantity
  • Reason for return
  • Original payment method
  • Shipping method used

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. This number must be clearly marked on your return package.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

• All items must be in original condition with tags attached
• Original packaging must be undamaged
• Include a copy of your order confirmation
• Write the RMA number on the outside of the package

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

• Allow 3-5 business days for inspection after we receive your return
• You’ll receive email confirmation when processed
• Refunds issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
• For exchanges, your replacement ships within 1-2 business days after processing

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective equipment (HO water skis, Hyperlite wakeboards, etc.):

• Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
• We’ll arrange a free return shipping label if needed
• Choose between a replacement (subject to availability) or full refund

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian countries and remote regions):

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Customs/duties fees for returns are not covered
