Our Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
To begin your return or exchange, please email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include the following information in your email:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. This number must be clearly marked on your return package.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please ensure:
- All items are in original condition with tags attached
- Original packaging is undamaged
- Include a copy of your order confirmation
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the package
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return:
- Allow 3-5 business days for inspection
- You’ll receive email confirmation when processed
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- For exchanges, your replacement will ship within 1-2 business days after processing
Special Considerations
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Clearance items (marked as such in our “Clearance” section)
- Opened water sports safety equipment including life jackets, life vests, and wetsuits
- Used water ski bindings or wakeboard bindings
- Personalized or custom-ordered equipment
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective equipment (HO water skis, Hyperlite wakeboards, etc.):
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange a free return shipping label if needed
- Choose between a replacement (subject to availability) or full refund
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian countries and remote regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customs/duties fees for returns are not covered

- Credit card/PayPal: 5-7 business days after we process your return
- Bank transfers: 7-10 business days (international may take longer)
Partial Refunds: May be issued for items not returned in original condition or missing components.
