We offer two shipping options:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx
  • Free Economy Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 business days via EMS
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Our Arizona-based team carefully packages all international orders with protective padding and waterproof wrapping when needed.
How are large items like wakeboards shipped?
We securely strap all large equipment in protective packaging:
  • Wakeboards and skis are wrapped in bubble wrap
  • Edges are protected with cardboard corners
  • Bindings are packed separately when needed

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery:
  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refunds processed within 3-5 business days of receiving returned items
